Timothy Follett
Principal Attorney
Timothy Follett graduated Magna Cum Laude from Southwestern Law School. At Southwestern, Tim served as the Managing Editor for the Southwestern Law Review. Prior to opening his Estate Planning practice in Santa Barbara, Tim worked as a litigator for a Family Law Firm in Los Angeles, and he worked with an employment law firm in Santa Monica. As a law student, he worked as a clerk for the Honorable George Eskin and the Honorable Amy Pellman. Tim proudly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Michigan State University. Prior to attending law school, he worked for ten years as a public school teacher in Boston, Lansing, and New Orleans. Just before Hurricane Katrina, Tim was awarded Teacher of the Year at Craig Elementary. His teaching experience is a valuable asset as a counselor providing legal education to clients.
